Ship fast. Ship secure.
Security that fits how developers already work. Cybergen helps you build automated, low-noise security checks into your code, pipelines, containers and cloud, so real issues get fixed before they reach production.
Illustrative example
Security your developers will actually use
Most teams already have some security scanning. The problem is that it often produces thousands of alerts, lives outside developer tools and arrives too late to fix cheaply. Developers tune it out and real risks slip through.
Cybergen designs DevSecOps programmes that bring the right checks into the IDE, pull requests and pipelines, filter out noise and make fixing fast, with clear ownership between development and security.

From 1,240 alerts to the 38 that matter
Alert fatigue kills security programmes. We configure tooling to deduplicate findings, check whether vulnerable code is actually reachable, ignore what is not exploitable in your context and route what remains to the right owner.
- Reachability analysis for open source vulnerabilities
- Context-aware triage and auto-ignore rules
- Findings grouped and routed to the owning team
Security at every stage, from code to cloud
Select a stage to see the checks we build in and how we help.
Code
Catch issues while developers write code, with feedback in the editor they already use.
Checks at this stage
- Static code analysis (SAST)
- Secrets detection before commit
- Secure coding guidance in context
How Cybergen helps
We select and tune IDE plugins and pre-commit hooks so feedback is fast and relevant.
Pull request
Automated security review on every pull request, with clear, fixable findings.
Checks at this stage
- New issues only, not historical noise
- Open source dependency checks (SCA)
- Suggested fixes in the review
How Cybergen helps
We set quality gates that block real risk without blocking every merge.
Build
Scan what you build: containers, infrastructure as code and software bill of materials.
Checks at this stage
- Container image scanning
- Infrastructure as code (IaC) checks
- SBOM generation and licence checks
How Cybergen helps
We integrate scanning into your CI/CD platform with sensible thresholds.
Test
Test running applications and APIs the way an attacker would.
Checks at this stage
- Dynamic testing (DAST)
- API security testing
- Manual testing for high-risk releases
How Cybergen helps
We combine automated testing with CREST-accredited penetration testing where it matters.
CREST Penetration TestingRun
Keep watching once code is live, in the cloud and at runtime.
Checks at this stage
- Cloud posture monitoring
- Runtime protection for applications
- Vulnerability alerts for deployed components
How Cybergen helps
We connect pipeline findings with cloud posture and 24x7x365 monitoring.
Cloud Posture ManagementOne view across eight types of risk
Instead of a different tool and dashboard for every scanner, we help you consolidate findings into one prioritised view.
Flaws in your own source code, such as injection and insecure logic.
Known vulnerabilities and malicious packages in dependencies.
API keys, tokens and passwords committed to code.
Misconfigured Terraform, CloudFormation and Kubernetes files.
Vulnerable base images and packages in container images.
Weaknesses in running web applications and APIs.
Open source licences that conflict with your policies.
Misconfigurations in the cloud accounts you deploy to.
Suggested fixes, ready to merge

def get_user(user_id):- query = f"SELECT * FROM users WHERE id = {user_id}"+ query = "SELECT * FROM users WHERE id = %s"- return db.execute(query)+ return db.execute(query, (user_id,))Know what is really in your software
Modern applications are mostly open source. A vulnerable or malicious package several layers deep can put your product and customers at risk.
- Transitive dependency and malicious package detection
- Software bill of materials (SBOM) for customers and regulators
- Secure build pipelines and signed artefacts

What is DevSecOps?
DevSecOps builds security into every stage of software development and delivery, from writing code to running it in production, so security is shared by development, security and operations teams.
Will security checks slow down our developers?
Not when they are designed well. We focus on fast feedback in developer tools, checking only new issues in pull requests and filtering out noise, so security helps rather than blocks.
Do we need to buy new tools?
Not necessarily. We start by assessing what you already have. Many teams get more value by tuning existing tools, though consolidated platforms can reduce cost and noise.
What is the difference between SAST, SCA and DAST?
SAST analyses your own source code. SCA checks open source dependencies for known vulnerabilities and malicious packages. DAST tests a running application from the outside, like an attacker.
Does this replace penetration testing?
No. Automated checks catch common issues continuously. Penetration testing finds complex and business-logic flaws, and is often required by customers and regulators.
