We operate leading platforms, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and SentinelOne. If you use a different tool, talk to us about support or a managed migration. If you have no EDR yet, we can supply and deploy it.
What can you do on our behalf during an incident?
We agree response authority with you during onboarding. Typically this includes isolating a device, stopping a malicious process and quarantining files, so threats are contained without waiting for business hours.
How is this different from MDR?
24x7x365 EDR focuses on your endpoints. MDR extends detection and response across identities, cloud, email and network, with proactive threat hunting. Many organisations start with EDR and expand to MDR.
Will you contact us about every alert?

Do we need our own security team?
